Job Title:

Solar Site Supervisor

Qualification:

Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering

Job Location:

Raipur (local candidates preferred)

Salary:

18,000 - 25,000 per month (based on experience)

Working Hours:

10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Travel Allowance:

Provided

Vehicle Requirement:

Two-wheeler (bike) compulsory

Supervise and monitor solar site installation activities as per project plans Visit project sites daily to ensure quality, safety, and timely execution of work Coordinate with technicians, vendors, and project engineers Ensure proper installation of solar panels, inverters, and electrical connections Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and material usage Ensure compliance with safety standards and company guidelines Support testing, commissioning, and handover of solar projects

Key Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering Experience or basic knowledge of solar PV installation preferred Willingness to travel to multiple solar sites Must own a bike and a valid driving license Good communication and coordination skills
