We are seeking a Site Supervisor with a Diploma in Architecture/Civil, possessing experience in civil and interior works for residential and office projects.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for both residential and office interior and civil projects
- Ensure project execution as per drawings and specifications
- Liaise with architects, contractors, and vendors for smooth workflow
- Monitor and control project schedule, quality, and site safety
- Manage material inventory and resources on site
- Prepare daily progress reports and update management
- Solve site-based issues and provide technical guidance
Requirements:
- Diploma in Architecture / Civil
- Minimum 1-3 years' experience in civil and interior works for residential and office projects
- Proficient in reading architectural and civil drawings
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Knowledge of relevant materials, finishes, and construction techniques
