We are seeking a skilled and proactive

Site Supervisor / Site Engineer

with proven experience in managing

civil and interior projects

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality execution at site, coordinating with labor teams, managing timelines, and ensuring snaglists are created and completed on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations at the construction/interior project site Ensure quality control and compliance with design specifications and standards Plan and monitor project timelines, progress, and daily work schedules Manage and coordinate labor and subcontractors on-site Identify snags/punch points, prepare detailed snaglists, and ensure timely execution Coordinate with project managers, architects, and vendors for smooth execution Maintain site documentation and daily progress reports

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in site supervision for civil and/or interior projects Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations Ability to read technical drawings and plans Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools preferred
