Site Supervisor - MEP (Plumbing & Pools)

swimming pools, heat pumps, internal & external plumbing, water treatment systems, and allied works

We are currently executing

MEP works for pools and plumbing

at a premium hospitality project at

Ranthambore

and are looking for a responsible and experienced

Site Supervisor

to represent our company on-site.

Job Purpose / Role Summary:

The Site Supervisor will be

Falguni Enterprises' on-site representative

at Raffles Ranthambore and will be responsible for

execution, coordination, supervision, and documentation

of all plumbing and pool-related MEP works as per drawings, specifications, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Execution & Supervision

Supervise

internal & external plumbing works

, pool piping, filtration systems, pump rooms, and related MEP activities. Ensure work is executed

strictly as per approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications

. Monitor daily site progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities. Ensure proper workmanship, alignment, levels, slopes, pressure lines, and testing procedures.

2. Labour & Team Coordination

Coordinate daily activities of

plumbers, helpers, fitters, and subcontracted labour

. Plan manpower deployment as per work schedule and site priorities. Coordinate with

other agencies

on site (civil, electrical, HVAC, waterproofing, landscaping, etc.) to avoid clashes. Resolve on-site coordination issues and escalations promptly.

3. Material Management

Receive, check, and verify

materials delivered at site

. Maintain records of

challans, inward registers, material consumption, and balance stock

. Ensure correct materials are used as per drawings and approvals. Coordinate with the Jaipur office for material requirements and shortages.

4. Measurements, Billing & Documentation

Take

site measurements

jointly with consultants / client representatives. Prepare and verify

measurement sheets

for billing purposes. Support preparation of

running bills and final bills

. Maintain daily records such as: Site progress Measurements Testing reports Snag lists Completion records

5. Quality Control & Compliance

Ensure all work meets

quality standards

, brand specifications, and hotel project requirements. Carry out

pressure testing, leak testing, and system checks

. Ensure safety norms and site discipline are followed. Coordinate inspections with consultants and attend snag / punch-list closures.

6. Client & Consultant Coordination

Act as the

single point of contact

from Falguni Enterprises on site. Attend site meetings when required and update management. Communicate instructions from consultants/clients clearly to the site team. Handle escalations professionally and report critical issues to the Jaipur office.

7. Reporting & Communication

Share

daily / weekly progress updates

with the management. Highlight delays, material issues, manpower shortages, or design clarifications. Maintain proper communication with the Jaipur head office.

Candidate Profile / Requirements:

Educational Qualification

Diploma / ITI / Practical experience in

Plumbing / MEP / Civil support

(Formal degree preferred but strong site experience is most important)*

Experience

3-7 years

of relevant site experience in: Plumbing works Swimming pools Hotel / resort / large building projects Prior experience in

hospitality projects

is a strong advantage.

Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of

drawings and site execution

Ability to manage labour independently Knowledge of plumbing materials, fittings, pumps, valves, and systems Basic documentation and measurement skills Ability to handle pressure and resolve on-site issues Honest, disciplined, and responsible attitude
