Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the site.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, laborers, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure work is executed as per design, drawings, and quality standards.
Maintain site safety and ensure compliance with all safety protocols.
Track labor attendance, material usage, and daily progress reports.
Assist in material procurement and verify deliveries against orders.
Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays.
Report daily progress, challenges, and requirements to the Project Manager or higher management.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum
2-5 years of experience
as a Site Supervisor (civil or construction field preferred).
Diploma or ITI in Civil / Construction / Related Discipline (preferred).
Strong leadership and coordination skills.
Good understanding of construction drawings, materials, and on-site processes.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with reporting formats.
Ability to handle the workforce efficiently and maintain discipline at the site.
Preferred Attributes:
Prior experience in
residential, commercial, or industrial
construction projects.
Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach.
Flexibility to work extended hours when required.
