We are an event management company looking for a responsible and energetic Site Supervisor to manage and supervise all on-site event activities across Tamil Nadu. The candidate must be willing to travel extensively and work flexible hours, including day and night shifts during events.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise all event-related work at the site, including setup and dismantling Travel along with event materials and goods to various locations Monitor loading and unloading of materials at sites Coordinate with on-site staff and ensure work is completed as planned Communicate regularly with management and provide work updates Ensure all materials are properly packed, counted, and secured after event completion Take responsibility for materials until they safely return to the warehouse
Requirements:

Willingness to travel from Salem to all locations across Tamil Nadu Ability to speak Hindi to coordinate with loading and unloading staff Good communication and supervision skills Ability to work day and night shifts during events Previous experience in event management or site supervision is preferred
Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹15,000 - ?20,000 per month (based on experience) Food: Provided during work/travel Growth opportunities based on performance
