We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Site Engineer/Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities at our project site in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will manage technical operations, supervise labor teams, and ensure work quality and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily technical activities on-site, including setting out, quality control, materials handling, and executing work as per technical drawings and specifications.
Manage and monitor the daily work of laborers and foremen to ensure smooth progress of site operations.
Ensure strict compliance with safety standards, quality checks, and project timelines.
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and vendors for seamless execution of tasks.
Maintain proper documentation, site reports, and progress updates.
Monitor resource allocation and track material usage to avoid delays.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred).
2-4 years of experience in on-site construction supervision.
Strong understanding of construction drawings, materials, and quality standards.
Good leadership and communication skills.
Ability to handle daily site challenges and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
