Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Jaipur. The Site Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites, coordinate with contractors and suppliers, manage schedules, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and monitor site progress. The Site Supervisor will also be responsible for quality control, troubleshooting issues, and reporting to project managers to ensure projects are completed efficiently and within established timelines.
Qualifications
Experience in site supervision, construction management, or a related field
Knowledge of safety regulations and construction standards
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and various stakeholders
Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Ability to work independently and ensure quality control
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
