Job Summary:

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at construction sites. This includes monitoring work progress, ensuring safety compliance, supervising labor and subcontractors, and maintaining quality standards to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision & Coordination

Supervise on-site construction activities and labor force. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal departments. Ensure tasks are completed as per drawings, specifications, and timeline.

Quality & Safety

Inspect and ensure the quality of work is as per project standards. Enforce safety rules and protocols on site. Report incidents or hazards immediately to the Project Manager.

Progress Monitoring

Monitor daily progress and maintain daily work logs. Assist in preparing progress reports and updating timelines. Ensure efficient use of materials and prevent wastage.

Material & Resource Management

Ensure availability of materials and tools at the site. Check material quality and quantity during delivery and usage. Track inventory and request material requisitions as needed.

Liaison & Reporting

Communicate effectively with engineers, architects, and management. Submit site reports, labor records, and incident logs regularly. Participate in site meetings and update project status.

Qualifications:

Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering or related field. Proven 3-5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in real estate or construction projects.

Skills Required:

Good knowledge of civil/construction site practices and regulations. Ability to read technical drawings and site layouts. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Familiarity with safety norms and quality standards. Basic knowledge of MS Office, emails, and site reporting tools.

Working Conditions:

Full-time, site-based role. May require extended hours or weekend work based on project deadlines.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
