Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

Site Supervisor - Windows

to oversee and manage the installation of windows at construction or renovation sites. The successful candidate will ensure that all work is carried out safely, on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise on-site activities related to window delivery, handling, and installation. Coordinate with installers, contractors, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and installation plans. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards on-site. Inspect installed windows to ensure proper fit, sealing, and finishing. Communicate project updates, issues, and progress to project managers. Maintain site records including attendance, deliveries, and daily progress. Resolve site-related problems or delays promptly to minimize disruption. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and client specifications. Train and monitor site staff to ensure work is performed effectively and safely.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a site supervisor, preferably in window installation or glazing. Strong knowledge of different types of windows and installation techniques. Ability to read construction drawings and specifications. Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficient in site reporting and basic computer applications. Understanding of health and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA). Physical stamina and ability to work on active construction sites.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in construction supervision or a related field. Forklift or crane operation certification (if relevant to job duties). Experience working with aluminum, uPVC, and wood window systems.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
