Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to lead construction projects from inception through completion. This energetic role requires a proactive leader who can oversee daily site operations, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate with multiple teams to deliver high-quality results on schedule. Responsibilities

Oversee daily construction site activities, ensuring work progresses according to project plans, schedules, and safety protocols Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth operations and timely delivery Monitor construction progress using project scheduling software such as Primavera P6 and HeavyBid to track milestones and adjust plans as needed Conduct regular site inspections to enforce OSHA safety standards, identify hazards, and implement corrective actions Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to verify work accuracy and adherence to specifications Manage site documentation including contracts, change orders, daily logs, incident reports, and quality control records Supervise construction teams by providing clear guidance, supervising tasks, and fostering a safe working environment

Requirements

Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in supervising construction sites Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, and other relevant tools Solid understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, blueprint reading, and construction estimating processes Hands-on experience with pipeline projects or heavy civil infrastructure is highly desirable Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols is essential for maintaining a safe work environment Ability to read schematics and use tools like ohmmeters for electrical inspections when necessary Strong management skills with the ability to supervise diverse teams effectively Excellent communication skills to coordinate between stakeholders and ensure project clarity
