We are seeking a dedicated and responsible

Solar Site Supervisor

to oversee solar project execution at site locations. The candidate will be responsible for supervising installation teams, ensuring work quality, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating with the project management team.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site activities for solar projects (Rooftop & Ground-mounted). Monitor workforce performance and ensure timely completion of tasks. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and technical standards. Coordinate with Project Manager, Engineers, and subcontractors for smooth operations. Maintain daily site reports, material usage, and work progress updates. Manage site resources, tools, and equipment effectively. Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues in coordination with the technical team.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/ Civil Engineering or relevant field. 2 to 5 years of experience in Solar EPC projects (rooftop/ground-mounted). Strong leadership and team management skills. Good knowledge of site safety and quality standards. Ability to travel and stay at project sites.
