Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our residential real estate project sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day activities on the construction site to ensure smooth operations. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, engineers, vendors Ensure adherence to approved project plans, specifications, and timelines. Monitor site safety protocols and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations. Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and address issues promptly. Maintain daily logs of work progress, materials used, and labor attendance. Assist in the scheduling and delivery of materials, ensuring no disruption to work. Liaise between project management and on-site workers to ensure clear communication. Prepare reports on work progress and present to project managers and stakeholders. Resolve site-related issues efficiently to minimize delays or cost overruns.

Requirements

:

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in real estate, construction, or civil infrastructure projects. Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulatory standards. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Must be detail-oriented and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision. Willingness to travel to and manage multiple project sites, if required.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in residential and commercial construction projects. Familiarity with real estate development cycles and timelines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
