Job Summary:

Lekha Interiors, a leading home and office interior design firm, is looking for a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee interior design projects at various locations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth execution of projects, coordinate with laborers and vendors, maintain quality standards, and ensure timely delivery as per client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Execution & Supervision: Oversee and manage daily on-site activities to ensure work is progressing as per the design plan and schedule. Team Coordination: Supervise carpenters, painters, electricians, and other laborers, ensuring efficient workflow and quality control. Material Management: Coordinate the procurement and delivery of materials, ensuring they meet project specifications and timelines. Quality Control: Ensure all interior works, including modular furniture installation, false ceilings, lighting, and other finishes, meet company standards. Client Communication: Act as the on-site point of contact for clients, updating them on project progress and addressing concerns. Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure that workers follow health and safety guidelines. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain daily site reports, document progress, and update project managers about any delays or issues.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in interior site supervision or construction site management. Education: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of interior fit-outs, carpentry, and modular furniture installation. Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and BOQs.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
