Need Proven Construction site supervisor for residential building

Responsibilities and Duties

Managing construction personnel and delegating tasks to meet deadlines Performing regular inspections of the construction site Identifying potential safety hazards and managing them accordingly Managing orders and deliveries of building materials Handling office purchase duties, including sourcing and procuring necessary supplies and equipment Maintaining accurate records of office purchases Assisting project managers with planning work activities Completing site reports and other records Prepare and submit daily reports to track progress and site activities
