Job Overview:

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction and steel fabrication activities at project sites. The ideal candidate will ensure that all site operations are carried out safely, on schedule, and in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.*

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor daily site activities, ensuring adherence to project drawings, specifications, and safety standards.*

Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and labor teams to maintain smooth workflow and achieve timely project completion.*

Inspect fabrication and erection works, including alignment, welding, and bolting quality.*

Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, highlighting accomplishments and issues to the Project Engineer/Manager.*

Ensure proper implementation of site safety and housekeeping practices.*

Requirements:

Diploma in Civil Engineering (mandatory).*

1-2 years of relevant experience in construction or steel fabrication site supervision.*

Strong understanding of fabrication drawings, site management, and safety procedures.*

Basic computer literacy, including MS Office and project tracking tools.*

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.*

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
