Supervise and coordinate day-to-day plumbing activities on the site.
Read and interpret plumbing layouts, AutoCAD Drawings, and technical drawings.
Allocate work to plumbers, helpers, and as per project requirements.
Monitor work progress to ensure it meets specifications, quality standards, and project deadlines.
Inspect installations for compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and design specifications.
Manage materials on-site, including requisitioning plumbing materials, fittings, and tools.
Maintain daily site reports, including manpower, work status, and issues encountered.
Ensure proper installation of water supply systems, drainage, sanitary systems, and fixtures.
Implement safety protocols and ensure that workers follow safety and hygiene regulations.
Requirements:
ITI/Diploma in Plumbing, Diploma in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3-8 years of experience in plumbing supervision on construction or infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, tools, and relevant codes/standards (e.g., IS codes).
Ability to read plumbing drawings and technical documents.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and site reporting.
Familiarity with safety practices and PPE usage on construction sites.
