Key Responsibilities
Supervise on-site construction activities and ensure adherence to project specifications.
Ensure proper installation and alignment of interlocking bricks for structural integrity.
Conduct quality checks on materials and finished work to maintain Toughie's standards.
Collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors to execute designs efficiently.
Implement and monitor safety protocols, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Optimize the use of resources, materials, and manpower to minimize costs.
Maintain project documentation, reports, and daily site progress records.
Troubleshoot construction challenges and provide effective solutions.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely material procurement.
