Job Description

An Interior Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily site operations, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring projects meet deadlines and quality standards, and maintaining strict safety protocols. Qualifications typically involve experience in interior construction, a strong understanding of design plans, and excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. The role requires an individual who can interpret plans, manage on-site activities, and resolve issues to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution:

Supervise all daily on-site activities to ensure interior projects are completed on time and within budget.

Coordination:

Act as the primary liaison, coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and internal teams for seamless project flow.

Quality & Safety:

Monitor and enforce adherence to project plans, quality standards, and all relevant safety regulations and procedures.

Reporting & Documentation:

Prepare and maintain detailed site reports, track project progress, and document site activities for reporting to project managers and clients.

Resource Management:

Ensure accurate and timely material delivery and manage inventory of necessary supplies.
