Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination:

Oversee and manage interior and maintenance projects from start to finish.

Site Supervision:

Ensure all work is carried out according to design plans and quality standards.

Safety Management:

Enforce safety protocols and ensure a secure work environment.

Quality Control:

Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards of workmanship.

Team Leadership:

Lead and motivate on-site teams to achieve project goals.

Client Communication:

Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and timely project updates.

Problem Solving:

Address and resolve any issues that arise during project execution.

Key Requirements:

Experience:

Proven experience in supervising interior fit-out and maintenance projects.

Technical Knowledge:

Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.

Leadership Skills:

Ability to lead and inspire a team, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Attention to Detail:

Keen eye for detail and commitment to quality.

Problem-Solving:

Proactive approach to identifying and solving on-site issues.

Flexibility:

Willingness to work on multiple projects and adapt to changing project demands.
