Job Description

Site Management

: Supervise all on-site activities, including construction tasks, material usage, and equipment operation.

Team Coordination

: Lead and direct laborers, subcontractors, and other site personnel to ensure efficient workflow.

Safety Compliance

: Enforce safety regulations, conduct regular safety inspections, and ensure adherence to OSHA or local safety standards.

Quality Control

: Monitor work quality, ensuring it meets project specifications, drawings, and standards.

Progress Monitoring

: Track project progress, report delays or issues to the project manager, and ensure adherence to timelines.

Resource Management

: Manage material deliveries, inventory, and equipment usage to avoid shortages or waste.

Documentation

: Maintain accurate records of daily activities, labor hours, and material usage; prepare daily/weekly progress reports.

Stakeholder Communication

: Liaise with project managers, engineers, architects, and clients to provide updates and resolve issues.

Qualifications

Education

: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Experience

: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in civil construction, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory
