Supervise day-to-day activities at the road construction site
Maintain accurate
daily progress reports (DPR)
Coordinate with engineers, labour, and machinery operators
Ensure work quality and safety standards
Manage material usage and site requirements
Solve on-site issues quickly and effectively
Experience in
road construction / highway work
Knowledge of measurements, levels, and bitumen/wmm/gsb/cc road execution
Ability to prepare and submit
daily reports
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ready to work on-site full time
Good salary based on experience
