Project and technical oversight

Supervise all piling activities:

Oversee the daily work of bored, driven, or other piling methods to ensure they align with technical requirements and design specifications.

Review project documents:

Examine geotechnical reports, foundation designs, and method statements to ensure compliance and constructability.

Monitor quality control:

Ensure work meets approved plans, specifications, and quality standards through regular inspections.

Coordinate with other disciplines:

Ensure the piling schedule aligns with the overall project plan to avoid conflicts with other work.
Resource and contractor management

Manage subcontractors and labor:

Oversee subcontractors, manage equipment mobilization, and ensure efficient use of manpower and resources.

Coordinate logistics:

Arrange for the timely delivery and placement of materials and auxiliary equipment on-site.

Allocate resources:

Ensure that materials, tools, and equipment are available and utilized efficiently to minimize waste.
Health, safety, and environmental compliance

Enforce safety procedures:

Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations on-site.

Conduct safety activities:

Perform risk assessments, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure workers use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Communication and reporting

Report progress:

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, or monthly reports to project management on progress, costs, and quality control measures.

Coordinate with stakeholders:

Interface with project managers, engineers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates and address issues.

Resolve conflicts:

Address and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise between workers, subcontractors, or other parties on-site.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
