Position Overview
We're looking for a
Site Supervisor
to oversee ongoing modular furniture installation projects across Goa. The ideal candidate will ensure that every site runs smoothly -- from delivery coordination to final installation -- while maintaining our standards of quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate
on-site installation
of modular kitchens, wardrobes, and furniture.
Manage daily site operations, ensuring work is completed
on schedule and as per drawings
.
Liaise with the
factory team, clients, and subcontractors
for smooth workflow.
Conduct
quality checks
for accuracy in measurements, alignment, and finish.
Handle
site material tracking
, inventory, and ensure safe handling of panels and fittings.
Maintain daily site reports and communicate updates to management.
Ensure
safety compliance
and proper worksite discipline among the team.
Resolve site-level issues promptly and effectively.
Requirements
Education:
Graduate (any discipline).
Experience:
0-2 years in interior, modular furniture, or construction supervision (freshers welcome).
Skills:
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Basic understanding of technical drawings and site measurements.
Ability to multitask and manage teams on site.
Basic computer literacy (WhatsApp, Excel, email).
Two-wheeler license preferred.
