BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience:

Minimum 3-6 years in site and civil engineering relevant field (Freshers not eligible)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced

Site Supervisor

to oversee and manage construction site activities. The role involves supervising day-to-day operations, coordinating with teams, ensuring quality, safety compliance, and timely execution of work as per project requirements.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Review and study drawings, specifications, and project documents before execution. Prepare and implement daily, weekly, and monthly work schedules. Supervise and monitor site activities to ensure proper execution of work. Manage labor, foremen, and subcontractors effectively. Ensure quality control of materials and workmanship. Carry out site layout and setting out using levels, total stations, etc. Coordinate with consultants to resolve technical issues. Enforce safety standards and ensure PPE compliance at all times. Maintain daily progress reports, logs, and site records. Communicate and coordinate with clients, architects, and engineers. Keep records of material usage, inspections, and approvals. Take accurate site measurements for billing and verification purposes. Attend site meetings and provide regular project status updates. Prepare and close punch/snag lists during project completion. Assist in preparing handover documents and as-built drawings.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and specifications. Proficiency in using surveying instruments (levels, total stations, etc.). Ability to manage teams and subcontractors efficiently. Strong problem-solving and coordination skills. Good communication and reporting skills. Knowledge of safety regulations and site management practices.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
