Job Summary

The Interior & Furniture Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising complete turnkey interior projects including furniture installation, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, polishing, and finishing works. The role ensures quality workmanship, coordination, and timely handover as per design and drawings.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise all interior & furniture works at site

Coordinate carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, polishers

Ensure execution as per design drawings, 3D views, and BOQ

Check furniture measurements, levels, and finishes

Monitor modular, custom furniture & hardware installation

Ensure proper installation of laminates, veneers, PU, polish, fittings

Coordinate material delivery and avoid damage or wastage

Maintain site quality, cleanliness, and safety

Prepare daily progress reports and site updates

Coordinate with clients, designers, and project managers

Ensure project completion within timeline and budget

Handle snag list and final handover work

Skills & Requirements

Diploma / ITI / +2/any graduation experience in Interior or Furniture works

1-2 years experience in interior turnkey projects

Good knowledge of plywood, laminates, hardware, fittings, finishes

Ability to read interior drawings and measurements

Strong coordination and problem-solving skills

Basic reporting and documentation skills

Project Manager / Interior Designer

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
