Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Site Supervision & Coordination

Supervise day-to-day site operations and ensure smooth workflow. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and workers. Ensure materials and equipment are available as per project needs.

Quality & Safety Control

Monitor work progress for compliance with quality standards and specifications. Enforce strict safety protocols and conduct toolbox meetings. Report and address any safety incidents or hazards.

Progress & Reporting

Maintain daily site reports (work done, manpower, materials used). Report progress delays or issues to the Project Manager. Assist in preparing weekly/monthly progress summaries.

Workforce Management

Assign tasks to workers and ensure productivity. Manage attendance, discipline, and site conduct of labourers. Resolve on-site conflicts efficiently.

Liaison & Communication

Communicate effectively with engineers, architects, and clients. Attend site meetings and provide updates. Coordinate inspection and approval from relevant authorities.

Documentation

Maintain proper site records, inspection logs, and material receipts. Verify contractor work for billing and measurement purposes.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (preferred). Minimum 2-5 years of site supervision experience. Strong knowledge of construction drawings and technical specifications. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Familiarity with construction safety and quality standards. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (optional).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
