Job descriptionJob Summary Close supervision of site and labour on site. Co-ordination of site requirement from taking information to get work done as per timeline. Team leader and team player. Hardworking and physically fit Through knowledge of Interior and civil related work.Responsibilities and Duties Ensure work is happening as per specifications and quality standards Civil material bill checking and approval Supervision of overall site works with special focus on civil works Supervise site material management and planning and ensure minimum wastage Create and update material requirement and planning sheet Create and update material consumption and wastage sheet Create and update overall-site work log on daily basis Correspondence with head office Ensure physical measurements during implementation as per Civil, Structural and Architectural Drawings Ensure site ground level is as per Civil and Structural DrawingsSupervise site security team Control and measurement of material consumption as per norms prescribed Conduct quality inspection of each and every construction material before material unloading Conduct administrative and record keeping activities like bill filing, placing payment requests, and maintaining first aid kit.
