Position Site Supervisor Reporting To Project Team Leader/ Project Manager Educational Qualification HSC/SSC Experience Minimum 6 years Location Site (Borivali to Bandra) IT Skills Basic computer knowledge (Word/Excel/Powerpoint) Personal Skills The ability to meet tight deadlines and possess time management skills. Should be proactive. Possesses leadership qualities and be a team player. Must be detail-oriented and an effective multi-tasker. Role & Responsibilities Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors. Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards. Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol. Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries. Handling site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol. Maintaining an accurate record of construction material. Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed. Regularly checking inventory and placing orders for building materials. Minimize wastage and inefficiency by reviewing quantities of materials received or used during specified periods. Ensuring all equipment are in working order and good condition Maintaining an accurate attendance report of all construction site workers. Reviewing daily construction work and suggesting any improvement measures. Ensuring project completion as per the set timeline. Communicating the progress report to the Site Engineer or Project Team Leader. Attending any on-site meetings or events. Job Type: Full-time Pay: \xe2\x82\xb920,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb935,000.00 per month Schedule:
- Day shift

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Required)
- Site Supervisor, Finishing work ,Site inspection,: 3 years (Required)
