Job Description

We are hiring a Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day site activities for construction, telecom, and BPCL projects. The role involves supervising execution, ensuring safety and quality compliance, coordinating manpower and contractors, and maintaining site documentation as per client and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise civil, electrical, mechanical, and telecom works at site Ensure work execution as per drawings, specifications, and client SOPs Monitor daily progress and report status to the Project Manager Enforce safety practices, PPE usage, and BPCL/OISD guidelines Coordinate with contractors, technicians, and site workforce Maintain DPRs, attendance, material records, and safety documents Support inspections, measurements, billing, and handover activities Identify site issues and escalate delays or risks
Eligibility Criteria

Diploma / ITI / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or Telecom 3-7 years of experience in construction, telecom, or PSU projects Experience in BPCL / IOCL / HPCL projects will be an advantage
Skills Required

Site supervision and coordination Knowledge of safety and statutory compliance Ability to read drawings and specifications Good communication and reporting skills Willingness to work at multiple project locations
