Daily site supervision and monitoring construction activities
Ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications
Coordinate with contractors, labour, and vendors on site
Maintain quality standards and safety norms
Track material usage and report requirements
Prepare daily progress reports and update management
Requirements:
Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering preferred
2-5 years site supervision experience (real estate / villa projects preferred)
Good knowledge of construction methods and materials
Ability to manage manpower and timelines
Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
