Job Title: Site Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Site Supervisor to assist in managing labor and overseeing construction activities at our site. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that laborers are working efficiently, safely, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage laborers, providing guidance and support as needed.
Monitor and report on labor productivity, attendance, and performance.
Coordinate with senior supervisors and project managers to plan and prioritize work activities.
Assist in maintaining accurate records of labor hours, work progress, and materials.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Basic knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Physical ability to work on-site, including standing, walking, and lifting.
Salary: ₹15,000 per month
