Overview:

As a Fabrication Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the fabrication process within our manufacturing facility. You will lead a team of production workers, ensuring that production schedules are met, quality standards are upheld, and safety protocols are followed.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of fabrication team members.

- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards.

- Implement and enforce safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to identify maintenance needs and ensure proper functioning.

- Collaborate with other departments such as engineering, quality control, and logistics to optimize production processes and resolve any issues that may arise.

- Maintain project schedules and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.

- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and supplies to support production requirements.

- Ensure accuracy and compliance with project standards, codes, and client specifications.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Diploma, (Civil or Mechanic) field preferred.

Candidate with steel fabrication industry experience preferred.

- Previous experience in fabrication or manufacturing, with at least 2 - 3 years in a supervisory role.

- Knowledge of fabrication techniques, equipment, and materials.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Salary Range: 18000/- pm to 25000/- pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
