Position Overview: Seeking an experienced Site Supervisor with 3-4 years of experience to oversee construction activities in Mirzapur. This role involves managing daily site operations to ensure projects meet safety, quality, and schedule requirements.
Responsibilities:
Supervise daily construction activities, coordinating schedules and resource allocation.
Conduct quality inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
Enforce safety protocols to create a secure work environment for all site personnel.
Collaborate with project stakeholders to address issues and ensure project objectives are met.
Provide regular progress updates to management and assist in preparing progress reports.
Manage site resources effectively to optimize productivity and minimize waste.
Maintain accurate documentation of site activities and compliance records.
Qualifications:
3-4 years of experience in construction supervision or similar role.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
Certification in first aid, CPR, and/or OSHA safety training preferred.
