Supervise daily on-site construction activities
Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and specifications
Monitor labor productivity and material usage
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors
Maintain site discipline and workforce management
Ensure safety rules and regulations are strictly followed
Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks
Maintain daily progress reports and site records
Handle basic site measurements and billing support
Report project progress and issues to senior management
Ensure proper storage and handling of materials
Resolve on-site problems and delays quickly
