Job Description

We are looking for a proactive

Site Supervisor

to manage and monitor on-site execution of interior fit-out projects. The role involves ensuring that work is carried out as per design specifications, project timelines, and quality standards. The Site Supervisor will coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams while maintaining safety and operational efficiency at the project site.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily site operations and ensure activities are aligned with the project schedule. Coordinate with vendors and manage procurement of required materials for site execution. Manage site resources including manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently. Track material usage and inventory to minimize shortages and wastage. Identify site challenges and implement immediate solutions; escalate critical issues to the Project Manager. Monitor daily progress and submit regular updates and site reports. Maintain site documentation such as work logs, attendance, and material records. Execute work as per approved layout plans and designs. Coordinate with labor and vendors for timely project delivery. Explain design requirements to workers and ensure correct implementation. Conduct regular quality checks and enforce safety protocols on-site. Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with safety regulations. Possess basic understanding of BOQs (Bills of Quantities). Demonstrate strong knowledge of construction tools and site practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum

1+ year

of site supervision experience in interior fit-out or construction projects.

Technical Skills:

Knowledge of interior fit-out processes, materials, and construction methods Understanding of BOQs and site documentation Familiarity with construction tools and safety procedures
