Job Summary

The Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily site activities, ensuring work is completed as per drawings, quality standards, safety norms, and timelines. They act as a link between management, engineers, contractors, and site workers.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day site operations and workforce Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications Coordinate with engineers, contractors, vendors, and suppliers Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion Maintain quality standards and site safety compliance Allocate daily tasks to workers and monitor productivity Ensure proper use and handling of tools, equipment, and materials Identify and report site issues, delays, or risks to management Maintain site records such as attendance, material usage, and daily progress reports Ensure housekeeping and discipline at the site

Skills & Competencies

Strong site supervision and coordination skills Basic technical knowledge of construction / waterproofing / civil works (as applicable) Ability to read drawings and understand work plans Leadership and team-handling skills Good communication and problem-solving ability Time management and multitasking Safety awareness
