Supervise day-to-day construction activities at site
Ensure work is carried out as per
drawings, quality standards, and timelines
Coordinate with contractors, labour, and suppliers
Monitor material usage and site housekeeping
Maintain daily site records and progress updates
Ensure compliance with
safety norms and site procedures
Report site issues, delays, and requirements to engineers
Required Skills
Practical knowledge of
site execution and construction practices
Ability to read
basic drawings
Strong coordination and labour management skills
Awareness of
safety and quality standards
Good communication and reporting ability
Qualifications
Diploma / relevant site experience
2- 4years of experience
as a site supervisor in construction
