Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise daily construction activities at the site Ensure work is executed as per drawings and project specifications Manage labor, contractors, and site staff Monitor work progress and maintain site schedules Ensure quality standards and safety guidelines are followed Coordinate with engineers, architects, and vendors Manage material usage and reduce wastage Maintain daily site reports and records Ensure compliance with safety norms and company policies
Requirements:

Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field Proven experience as a Site Supervisor Good knowledge of construction methods and safety practices Ability to manage manpower and meet deadlines Strong communication and problem-solving skills
? Preferred Skills:

Ability to read drawings and BOQs Leadership and team-handling skills Basic knowledge of MS Excel / reporting

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
