1) Project execution as per drawing

2) Coordination between different stakeholders involved in the project

3) Monitoring quality of work

4) Monitoring cost of project

5) Monitoring timeline of project

6) Critical issues to be foresighted and highlighted to management

7) Ensuring adequate resource deployment

8) Periodic generation of MIS

9) Should be well versed with interior material and product

10) Should have in-depth knowledge of interior rates

11) Certification of vendors RA & Final bills

12) Project closeout documentation

13) Have full understanding on Site Measurements.

14) Good in site handling

15) Good in customer handling

16) Good in carpenter handling

17) Good communication skills
