About the Company:

Align Interiors is a Pune-based interior design firm offering innovative and quality-driven design solutions. We specialize in end-to-end residential and commercial interior projects, combining creativity with seamless execution.

Position Overview:

We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Senior and Junior Site Supervisors to oversee on-site execution of interior design projects. The ideal candidates will have strong coordination skills, a proactive approach, and hands-on experience managing project logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress. Take accurate site measurements and verify layouts. Cross-check and order materials as per project needs. Ensure timely delivery of materials at the site. Coordinate site transportation and logistics. Maintain clear communication with contractors and vendors. Handle sample pickups and submissions. Capture on-site photos and videos for updates and social media reels.

Qualifications

:

Diploma or Graduation (preferably related to interior design). Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and handle on-site decisions efficiently. Familiarity with interior materials and execution processes.

Experience Required:

1-3 years of experience
