Job Description

Responsible for labour Handling.100% Working On site.Follow Project SOP. Take a follow up for material as per requisition.Do follow up with client for completion of pre-erection tasks. Ensure erection work is completed as per schedule. Material Receiving ,Checking and giving Feedback to concern person.Responsible for store material,tools and records. (inform same before 5 days if any material required,to the respective engineer.)Responsible for following process of work permit.Responsible for submitting Daily Progress Report as per quality Check List to site engineer.Responsible for checking workfront and inform to reporting engineer and give information about the workfront.Responsible for Solving site issues (Water,Electricity,Material Handling,Clealiness)Coordination of allotted tasks with the Reporting Authority.Monitor activities of site to understand work progress & resolve issues. Ensure speedy completion of project. Monitor the ongoing work.Prepare material reconciliation report. Ensure effective utilization of material as per BOQ and actual usage.Responsible for project measurement with contractorClosing NC as per instructions with 7 working days.Take efforts in increasing technical and project related knowledge .Take continuous efforts to upgrade knowledge & skills for self development.Implement and monitor labour safety practices on site. Ensure safety compliance thoroughly .Follow Safety and Quality work process.Ensure that all work is carried out according to quality standards.Maintain documents/records related to Project and update details in the provided system.Compile and provide daily/monthly work reports to Project Engineer as per requirement.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
