Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

Site Supervisor

to manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate with labour teams, ensure work quality, and maintain strict project timelines. The candidate should have strong technical skills and previous experience in construction, installation, or project execution.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily site work and ensure execution as per drawings and specifications. Coordinate with subcontractors, labour workforce, vendors, and project managers. Maintain daily reports: progress, manpower, material usage, and site notes. Monitor installation/construction quality and ensure adherence to safety standards. Handle material receipt, verification, and proper storage at site. Highlight issues, delays, or risks and take corrective action promptly. Conduct site inspections and prepare snag lists. Communicate with client engineers/supervisors for inspections and approvals. Ensure timely completion of planned activities.

Requirements

Diploma / ITI / Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or related field.

3-7 years

site experience (construction/interiors/door installation preferred). Ability to read technical drawings. Strong leadership and labour management skills. Good communication, documentation, and reporting ability. Knowledge of site safety practices. Willingness to travel to multiple sites when required.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in fire doors, metal doors, hardware installation, or interior finishing works. Familiarity with quality control and client documentation.
