Key Responsibilities

Visit multiple project sites daily (residential, commercial, villas, apartments, offices). Take accurate site measurements for uPVC & aluminium windows, doors, partitions, railings, glass works, etc. Supervise installation teams (4-10 fitters & helpers) and ensure quality & safety standards are maintained. Coordinate with factory for timely material dispatch and solve site issues immediately. Meet clients/architects/builders on site, explain technical details, handle queries and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain site-wise stock of profiles, hardware, glass, silicon, tapes, screws, etc., and update daily stock in company software. Update site progress, measurements, and variations on company software (Fenesoft / Orgawin / Winpro / EVA / Custom window software - training will be provided if needed). Prepare site reports, handover documents, and collect client feedback/sign-off. Ensure zero damage during transportation & installation and minimize breakages. Follow up on pending payments with clients on site (in coordination with sales team).

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 3-8 years of hands-on site supervision experience in uPVC windows OR aluminium windows & facade works. Excellent knowledge of: uPVC & aluminium profile systems (Rehau, Kommerling, Veka, Fenesta, Schuco, Lingel, Aluplast, etc.) Hardware (ROTO, GU, Winkhaus, Siegenia, Kinlong, etc.) Toughened glass, DGU, laminated glass, spider fittings, patch fittings, railings Ability to read architectural drawings and convert them into fabrication/installation requirements. Strong client handling & communication skills (English + Hindi + local language). Proficient in using smartphone/apps for updating measurements and project status on window software. Leadership skills to manage labour teams and get work done on time.

Mandatory Requirements

Own two-wheeler (bike/scooty) in good condition + valid driving licence Android smartphone (for software updates & WhatsApp reporting) Willingness to travel daily within city and nearby areas
