Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Site Supervisor

for

Interior Turnkey Projects

to oversee and manage on-site execution. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on site experience in interior turnkey works, with the ability to read and interpret detailed interior drawings, coordinate with vendors and labour teams, and ensure timely, high-quality execution as per design intent.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site activities for interior turnkey projects to ensure seamless execution. Accurately interpret and implement interior design and working drawings. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and labour teams to maintain timelines and ensure quality. Track site progress, identify potential issues, and escalate to the project manager or design team as needed. Maintain all site records including daily progress reports, labour attendance, and material usage logs. Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations at the site. Manage procurement follow-ups, verify material delivery, quality, and quantities on site. Conduct regular quality checks and ensure implementation aligns with design specifications and finishing standards. Liaise effectively with internal design teams, clients, and other stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum

2 years of on-site experience

in interior turnkey project supervision. Strong understanding of site coordination, interior finishing works, and construction practices. Proficient in reading and executing detailed interior working drawings and services layouts. Proven ability to manage vendors and labour workforce efficiently. Strong communication and on-site problem-solving skills. Self-driven, reliable, and capable of working independently under pressure. Basic knowledge of computer and mobile apps for reporting and documentation purposes.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
