Role Overview

We are looking for a Site Supervisor with strong experience in finishing work and RCC conventional construction. The role involves managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution of structural and finishing activities.

Responsibilities:

Supervise finishing works such as plastering, tiling, flooring, painting, carpentry, and waterproofing.
Oversee RCC works including shuttering, reinforcement, concrete casting, and curing.
Ensure all work follows drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve site issues.
Monitor labor productivity, material usage, and minimize wastage.
Maintain daily site reports, checklists, and documentation.
Support timely project delivery and adherence to budget.
Guide and train workers to maintain efficiency and workmanship.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of finishing trades and RCC conventional techniques.
Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and finishing layouts.
Experience managing labor, vendors, and site challenges.
Good problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).
Prior experience as a Site Supervisor handling finishing and RCC works is highly preferred.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
