Job Summary:
Opulent Kuche is hiring a Site Supervisor to manage modular kitchen project sites. Interior design experience is not required, but candidates should be proactive and organised in conducting site inspections, coordinating with customers, and supervising installations.
Responsibilities:
Conduct site inspections and measurements
Document customer requirements
Create basic 2D drafts for kitchen layouts
Follow up with customers and update on site progress
Supervise delivery, loading & unloading of materials
Liaise with vendors and suppliers for timely site work
Assist the senior designer in modular kitchen design tasks
Monitor carpenters for quality installation as per drawings
Ensure project timelines and resolve site issues promptly
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
No prior interior design experience required
Experience in site supervision preferred
Basic measurement & drafting skills
Strong coordination & communication abilities
Own 2-wheeler and laptop
(mandatory)
Willingness to travel (1,000-1,500 km/month within Pune & PCMC)
Flexible working hours if project urgency arises
