Job Description

We are seeking hardworking and motivated individuals to join our team as Site Supervisors with experience in Waterproofing and Tremix flooring work. This job requires you to work 7 days a week and have contacts to bring skilled labour to site.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and supervise the work of the labour force to ensure that all work is completed on time and to the required standard. Manage project timelines and budgets, and report progress to the Project Manager on a regular basis. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies, and identify and report any safety hazards. Review project plans and specifications, and provide input to the Project Manager regarding potential issues or concerns. Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure that work is being performed correctly. Monitor inventory levels and order materials as needed to ensure that work can continue without delays. Communicate effectively with the Project Manager, construction team, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed to the satisfaction of all parties.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
