Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage day-to-day interior site activities. Coordinate with clients, designers, and contractors to ensure design implementation as per drawings. Monitor and ensure quality control, finishing standards, and safety on site. Track project timelines, material requirements, and manpower allocation. Manage subcontractors and vendors for electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and other works. Maintain site reports, work schedules, and progress updates. Verify measurements, materials, and BOQ before execution. Handle site-level issues and resolve them promptly to avoid project delays. Ensure work completion within the defined timeline and budget.

Requirements:

Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field. 2-5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in interior fit-out projects. Strong knowledge of materials, drawings, and finishing details. Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Proficiency in site documentation and reporting. Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in residential, commercial, or retail interior projects. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD / MS Office for site reporting.
