Location: Andheri West, Mumbai (Project Sites primarily across Mumbai and MMR Region)

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive, experienced, and detail-oriented
Site Supervisor
to manage all on-site construction and interior activities. The ideal candidate will be the primary on-site representative of Charushila Design, responsible for translating Ar. Tejveer Kor's vision and designs into reality, ensuring projects are completed with superior craftsmanship, on schedule, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
I. On-Site Management & Execution
On-Site Management:
Directly supervise and manage all daily site operations, labor, and subcontractors, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to the project timeline.
Daily Site Visits:
Conduct comprehensive daily site visits, providing continuous monitoring of progress, quality, and material usage.
Progress Reporting:
Prepare and submit accurate
Daily Progress Reports (DPRs)
, detailing work completed, resources utilized, and potential challenges, escalating critical issues immediately to the management.
Safety & Compliance:
Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations (PPE, safe work practices) and maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.
II. Technical & Documentation
Drawing Interpretation:
Be the expert on-site for all project documentation. Thoroughly study and accurately
explain architectural, structural, MEP, and interior design drawings
and specifications to the workforce and vendors.
Design Coordination:
Proactively identify and resolve discrepancies or clashes between various drawing sets (e.g., electrical, plumbing, interiors), communicating necessary feedback to the design team promptly.
Quality Assurance:
Implement stringent quality control checks at every stage, from civil work to finishing, ensuring the final output meets Charushila Design's high standards.
III. Material & Measurement Control
Material Management:
Oversee the proper receipt, inspection (quality), storage, and controlled issuance of all construction and finishing materials to minimize waste and prevent damage.
Stock & Inventory:
Maintain accurate inventory records of materials on-site, coordinating timely procurement with the back office to avoid work stoppages.
Measurement & Billing:
Accurately
take and cross-check measurements
of work executed by subcontractors. Assist the project manager/billing team in preparing and verifying
Measurement Books (MBs)
and contractor running bills for payment processing.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education:
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
Experience:
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
as a Site Supervisor, preferably in high-end interior or construction projects in the Mumbai region.
Technical Acumen:
Proficient in reading and interpreting complex architectural and interior design drawings.
Leadership:
Strong team management and motivational skills, with the ability to manage multiple sub-contractors and trades simultaneously.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and local language/Hindi) to effectively interact with clients, management, and the workforce.
Software Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) for reporting and documentation. Knowledge of AutoCAD is a significant advantage.
